What do you get for the Virtually Free Computer Clean and Health Check;

>A Complete check all of the hardware for correct operation, this includes every piece of it and make a note if there is any problem found!

>Next, #Scan the main disk and any other disks in the machine for any spywear, viruses, malwear. Trojan programs or any executable file that can compromise the computer. We will also look for any root kits that might be on you hard disk drive. We will use a variety of Antivirus software leaving no stone unturned!

>Check that any existing antivirus solution you have is working properly and that there is nothing interfering with your connection to the internet. Then we will ensure that your operating system patches are fully up to date.

>If there are any updated drivers for you main  hardware components we will get them updated for you, and if any thing is not working we will report it to you at the end!

>Next we will clean the computer inside and out concentrating internally on all the fans and heat sinks and externally on the keyboard and the screen.
If there are any fans that are not working correctly or lose components or any blocked vents we will rectify this, plus remove any debris from the Power supply itself. If any fan or heat sink is broken or not functioning properly we will inform you of this!

> We will advise what you can do to increase your computers speed and performance and to increase you security whilst on line!

>We will tell you what needs doing but will not charge you for doing it unless we get direct autorisation from you to do the work!!

>We will investigate all the programs that are loading at boot up time and then give you a list of them and arrange for ones you do not really need to be stopped and hence speed up booting.

> We will determine if there is anything wrong with your hard drive by testing it with both regular Diagnostic Software and Hard Disk Drive Manufacturers Diagnostic Software.

> What you do not get with the VFCCHC.... we will not spend time rectifying faults that will take us more than 15 minutes to fix, and we will not strip down a laptop to get to the fans inside, however we will clean these from the outside of the machine.

This is a fixed price service, but it is also one we aim to carry out in a short time span:. we aim to complete the job in under 3 complete days, not including Sundays, and will oftern have the job completed by the following day after we recieve you computer
