A Note about starting Up TS Web Editor 2

Simple really , go to Start, All programs ts Web Editor 2, ts Web Editor

The Familiar TS Web Editor interface starts up, and you see any files you have in a pane on the left hand side and an actual editor window on the right hand side.To start a brand new page just go to the menu bar at the very top of the page and Choose File New. This is the same for every windows application you have ever used I Imagine!!?
